今回はMy favorite Supermarket(私のお気に入りなスーパーマーケット)というお題目でお届けします。
I rarely go to a supermarket & this is the truth because every Sunday I go to the open market at Windward Mall that is open from 9:45am – 2:00pm.They are also open every Wednesdays from 2:00pm – 5:30pm.
私は毎週日曜日の朝9時45分から午後2時までやってるウィンドワードモールのオープンマーケットに行くのでスーパーマーケットに行くことはほとんどありません。毎週水曜日の午後2時から5時半もやってます。
There are many venders selling farm grown vegetables & some with organic produce.
ここには産地直送の野菜やオーガニック商品を出すお店がたくさんあります。
Items are way cheaper than buying at the market so I have been spoiled by the prices.
普通のマーケットよりも安いのでついつい財布のひもが緩くなってしまいます。
I’m excited on the days I find warabi which is a fern that is hard to find on Oahu but grows a lot on the Big Island of Hawaii.
ここで、ハワイ島ではよく見ましたが、オアフ島ではほとんど売られていないシダ科のワラビを見つけた時には結構興奮しました。

For my bread I go to the La Tour stand where there are many different selections to make.
パンを買う時には、いろんな種類のものが売られてるラ・トゥアーに行きます。
On the days I waited until after lunch to purchase most of the items are sold out which is also the same for the other venders.
お昼過ぎになると、どこのお店もそうですが、ほとんど売り切れ状態になってしまいます。

こんな感じでいろんな種類のパンが販売されてます。
Two of my favorite foods to buy are 1st Thai food.
私の好きな食べ物が2つありますが、１つはタイ料理です。
I love the Pad Thai & the Yellow Curry. The Green Papaya Salad is delicious too.
パッタイとイエローカレーが大好きです。グリーンパパイヤサラダもめちゃくちゃおいしいです。
As shown in the next picture there are many different dishes to choose from.
こちらの写真の通り、こんなにたくさん色々なめにゅーがあります。
2nd favorite is buying Filipino food. I always buy a slab of the roast pork but the desserts like Puto are very tasty.
2番目はフィリピン料理です。いつもはローストポークのスラブを買いますが、プートのようなデザートもおいしいです。
