“Honolulu Hale is pronounced “HAH-leh” in the Hawaiian language and meaning house or home, Honolulu Hale (view panorama) means House of Honolulu.
“Hale”はハワイ語で”HAH-leh”と発音し”家”という意味で、Honolulu Haleとは「ホノルルの家」という意味です。
Honolulu Hale is the official seat of government of the city and county, site of the chambers of the Mayor of Honolulu and the Honolulu City Council.
Honolulu Haleはホノルル市の正式な議会場であり、市長と市議会の会議室があります。
The building is located on King Street in downtown Honolulu on the island of Oahu.
建物はオアフ島ホノルル市のダウンタウン、キングストリートにあります。
It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places with the United States Department of Interior”.
ここは米国内務省の国家歴史登録財に指定されてます。
“Honolulu City Lights is a month long Christmas lights and decorations display at Honolulu Hale.
Honolulu City Lightsは約一か月間Honolulu Haleにクリスマスのイルミネーションとデコレーションが飾られます。
Highlights include the large outdoor tree, Shaka Santa and Mrs. Claus, the indoor tree display and the corridor of wreaths.” However this year no indoor tree display.
ハイライトは外に飾られる大きなクリスマスツリーとシャカサンタとクローズおばさん、内部に飾られるツリーのディスプレイと花輪の回廊です。しかし今年は内部に飾られるツリーのディスプレイはありませんでした。
