Kanemitsu Bakery on the island of Molokai is famous for their “Molokai Hot Bread”.
I was excited to see this truck in my neighborhood recently and went to check it out.
I found out that this family was able to get the original recipe and they are the only
ones on Oahu that is allowed to make and sell this bread. They bake it fresh every morning and
go to into different communities selling it in this food truck.
When I saw this truck, it was around 5:00 p.m. and they were almost sold out.
(They started selling from 1:00 p.m.)
They have different breads. I bought two breads; a Blueberry Cream Cheese and a Cinnamon Cream Cheese.
So soft and delicious!

とっても有名なモロカイ島の「カネミツ･ベーカリー」。このフードワゴン、ハワイカイで出会ったようですが、発見しやすい場所としてはワイケレプレミアムアウトレットの駐車場にも出没するらしいですよ！
会えたらラッキーというくらい販売時間も限られているのでオアフ島にいながら食べてみたい方は直前にこちらで確認を！
